Student Exchange Kanepi-Werther 2018
I was very excited when travelling to Estonia, and I can definitely say that I have acquired tons of experience and knowledge during my time in the country.
First of all: The school in Kanepi. It is highly modernized and digitalized and in these aspects it is far superior to the school in Werther. The school in Kanepi is smaller in terms of the number of students visiting it, which leads to a situation where a single person has much more space, which makes the whole school seem larger.
I also appreciate the architecture in the villages, towns and cities of Estonia. In Tallinn it is the most obvious that a medieval building style survived throughout the centuries.
But most importantly: The people. I have met a lot of friendly and interesting folks and I am happy to be able to have been with such nice persons.
We also did a ton of activities, my personal highlights would have to be the Volleyball match, the Naval Museum in Tallinn, and the concert by the group “Prime Orchestra”, also in Tallinn, and, well, maybe even the Skiing trip.
Overall it was an interesting journey.
